I recently switched to an iPhone6 (from a 5) and noticed (presumably a change as I did not noticed it before and cannot verify it anymore) a slight but extremely annoying difference in the keyboard layout when using the phone vertically or horizontally.
I am native French-speaking but frequently switched from French to English and the other way round.
Therefore, I have multiple keyboard/languages installed.
The keyboard language switch key (world globe) and the numeric keyboard switch key (123) are inverted when rotating the keyboard.
This is really annoying as it is easy to hit the wrong key and suddenly change the language and get (if you have this feature active) undesired automatic corrections of some words – The picture below illustrate the misleading layouts.
NOTE: I have an iPad4 too (iOS9.3 public beta2) and both horizontal and vertical keyboard layouts are matching the vertical layout on my iPhone6 (as far as language/numeric switch key are concerned), so no problem there.
