View iPhone screen horizontally – it defaults to vertical view.

I’m using QT to demonstrate something on my iPhone screen but it appears in vertical view & I want to see it horizontally. Any Ideas of how to flip the screen so I can watch the iPhone in the  horizontal view. I’m using this to do a LIVE demo of  a 360 VR movie so recording the vertical view and flipping it in another program won’t work.
